Agreement to Terms

Last Updated: October 2026. These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Glow Pro Holiday Lighting, LLC ("GlowPro," "we," "us"). 1. Scope of Holiday Lighting Services

GlowPro Holiday Lighting delivers end-to-end seasonal illumination services for residential and commercial properties. Our comprehensive service package includes custom design consultation, commercial-grade custom-cut LED lighting hardware, professional roofline and landscape installation, non-invasive mounting fasteners, in-season maintenance coverage, scheduled post-holiday removal, and climate-controlled off-season storage.

All hardware, cords, timers, clips, and commercial C9/miniature LED lights remain the exclusive property of GlowPro Holiday Lighting unless explicitly purchased through a designated buyout agreement. Customers are granted a seasonal operational license for the duration of the agreed holiday period.

2. Geographic Service Territory & Limitations

Our dedicated installation crews operate exclusively within approved service boundaries across the greater metropolitan area. Standard pricing and complimentary maintenance guarantees are strictly limited to properties located within these designated territories.

Official Service Area: Edmond, Oklahoma City, Guthrie, Norman, Midwest City, Moore and Yukon, Oklahoma. Projects outside this area may incur travel surcharges and modified maintenance timelines.

3. SMS Communication & TCPA Compliance

Glow Pro Holiday Lighting, LLC collects SMS opt-in consent only through the chat widget on glowproholiday.com. When you start a chat, you provide your name and mobile number and check a box agreeing to receive conversational and customer care text messages from us about your estimate, scheduling, installation and takedown. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

CRITICAL SMS POLICY & TCPA COMPLIANCE NOTICE

Opt-In Purpose: Automated text alerts are utilized strictly for appointment reminders, crew dispatch status updates, post-storm check-in verifications, quote approvals, and takedown schedule notifications.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any incoming text. Upon receipt, a single confirmation message will be transmitted, and all automated messaging will immediately cease.

4. Power Access & In-Season Maintenance

Property owners must supply dedicated exterior GFCI electrical outlets in working condition within 50 feet of the installation areas. GlowPro provides commercial-grade, weatherproof digital timers and extension connections. If a breaker trips due to internal household electrical loads or pre-existing receptacle faults, electrical repairs remain the responsibility of the client.

  • Post-storm integrity checks conducted following major ice or high-wind Oklahoma weather events.
  • Zero maintenance service fees when utilizing our full commercial-grade hardware package.

5. Limitation of Liability & Property Care

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS & DAMAGE EXCLUSIONS

GlowPro Holiday Lighting technicians utilize non-invasive, surface-safe shingle and gutter clips specifically engineered to prevent surface penetration. GlowPro shall not be held liable for pre-existing structural decay, dry rot, degraded roof shingles, faulty electrical outlets, or damage resulting from severe acts of nature (including extreme tornadic winds, freezing ice accumulation exceeding architectural load limits, or animal vandalism). Total liability under any circumstance is strictly capped at the contract amount paid for the seasonal service.

6. Post-Holiday Takedown & Off-Season Storage

Seasonal removal operations commence promptly on January 2nd and conclude by January 31st, weather permitting. Specific takedown appointments are organized geographically across Edmond and OKC Metro routes to maximize crew efficiency. Property owners do not need to be present during outdoor removal, provided property access gates remain unlocked.

Upon removal, all components are tested, labeled, packed in protective commercial containers, and transferred to our secure, climate-controlled storage facility until the following holiday season.
